The standalone or network license has reached its end date.

Sometimes, the Windows Firewall flags the license check as suspicious activity. Temporarily disable your firewall to see if ETABS launches.

If you are using a network license, the most common culprit is a stopped service on the host machine. Press , type services.msc , and hit Enter. Locate Sentinel RMS License Manager in the list.

If it works, add an for ETABS.exe and the Sentinel RMS ports (usually UDP port 5093). 🔍 Still having trouble?
