At its core, USB Network Gate works by virtualizing USB ports. When you "share" a device on one computer (the server), the software creates a virtual copy of that port on a remote computer (the client). The remote machine then recognizes the device as if it were physically plugged into its own USB port.
Launch USB Network Gate on the server machine.
Go to the Help menu and select Enter registration info .
