Understanding the 802.11n WLAN Driver (Rel. 4.80.28.7) for Windows 7
Since this driver usually comes in a .zip archive rather than a standard installer ( .exe ), you need to install it manually through the Device Manager:
If you see "This device cannot start (Code 10)," ensure you have uninstalled any previous, conflicting wireless drivers before applying version 4.80.28.7.
Right-click the .zip file and select "Extract All."
Find "Network adapters" and look for an item with a yellow exclamation mark or "802.11n WLAN."
